Fort Jefferson Dry Tortugas

Fort Jefferson is probably the hardest place in a U.S. National Parks to access. These pictures only begin to show the amazing things that exist on this island 75 miles West of Key West. The fishing and diving in these water is among the best you will find anywhere.

This structure was built to store the ammo in a bomb proof place in case the fort was ever attacked.	This view is from the top level of the Fort overlooking the courtyard, in the background you can see Loggerhead Key which is a couple miles to the West.
